Ginger Whiskey Pickles
Individually selected, hand packed pickling cucumbers in a well balanced sweet and salty fresh ginger whiskey brine.
Sauerkraut
Hand cut, fresh, raw locally sourced cabbage fermented on premise in open-air crocks. We ferment until our sauerkraut reaches specific pH levels before we begin the canning process.
Giardiniera
Hand cut, fresh locally sourced broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, daikon radish, red onion, chilies packed in our house pickling spice and brine.
Strawberry Rhubarb Preserves
We use select strawberries that are locally grown and harvested during the peak of the Pacific Northwest berry season and pair them with tart crisp rhubarb, pure cane sugar and lemon juice.
